Can you move a second home if I'm not there?
Yes, and it's a big share of our coastal work. Owners two states away have us furnish a new vacation rental, clear a sold property, or swap furniture between houses — all run by phone. We handle keys and gate access however you arrange it, send photos as rooms are loaded and placed, and do a final walkthrough on video if you want eyes on it before the crew leaves.
