Privacy Policy

Effective September 10, 2026. This is the privacy policy for tandtmoving.com, run by HILK Enterprise Ltd Co, doing business as T&T Moving and Packing. It's written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call and a person will explain it.

What we collect

What you give us

Quote requests: your name and phone number; your email, move date, and destination ZIP if you provide them; the ZIP you're moving from; home size and the service you need; and anything you add in the notes — stairs, packing help, a piano, a gate code.
Job applications: your name, phone number, the city and role you're interested in, and your email and notes if you include them.
Phone calls: whatever you tell us when we talk — most of a move is arranged by phone.

What's collected automatically

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information about each visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and when. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
Which link brought you here. If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the site remembers the campaign tags in the address (such as utm_source, gclid, or fbclid) and the first page you landed on, for the length of your browser session. That's stored in your browser's session storage, disappears when you close the tab, and is attached to your quote request if you send one — so we know which advertising actually works.
Cookies. This site doesn't set cookies of its own. The analytics and advertising tools described below may.

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment is arranged directly with our office.

How we use it

To call you back about your quote, prepare and send your quote, and schedule and perform your move.
To respond to your job application.
To understand which pages and which advertising bring people to us, so we spend on what works.
To keep the records a business has to keep — estimates, invoices, claims, and taxes.

We don't sell your information, and we don't hand it to other companies for their marketing. We don't send marketing text messages unless you've asked for them. Calls about your quote or your move come from a real person in your city.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us do the things above, and only for that purpose:

SmartMoving — the scheduling and customer system we run the business on. Your quote request goes there so the right crew can call you back.
Email delivery (Resend) — a copy of each quote request and job application is emailed to our office so nothing gets lost.
Vercel — hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
Analytics and advertising measurement — when in use, tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, and call tracking. They may set cookies, see which pages you visit, and register that a form was sent or a call was placed, so we can tell which advertising led to it.
When the law requires it, or when it's necessary to protect our customers, our crews, or our property.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and move records, for as long as we need them to serve you and keep the books. Job applications, for as long as we're hiring for that kind of role. If you'd like something deleted sooner, call and ask — see below.

Your choices

See, correct, or delete what we have. Call 912.214.8220 or write to the address below. We'll confirm it's you and take care of it within a reasonable time. Some records we're required to keep for tax or legal reasons; we'll tell you if that applies.
Stop follow-up calls. Tell whoever calls you, or call us, and we'll stop.
Analytics and ad cookies. Your browser settings can block or clear them. Google offers an opt-out add-on for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and Meta lets you manage ad settings in your Facebook account.

Children

This site is for adults arranging a move or applying for a job. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us something, call and we'll delete it.

Links to other sites

We link to city services, charities, and other organizations when it's useful to you. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only tandtmoving.com.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect what you send us, and the companies we work with do the same. No website or email is perfectly secure, so please don't send us anything through the site that you'd need to keep confidential — and we will never ask for payment details or account numbers through this website.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version goes here with a new effective date at the top. Meaningful changes to how we use your information won't apply to information we already have without telling you.
