Moving day is already a long day. You've got a closing, a lease that ends, a truck to return, kids and a dog to think about — and somewhere in there, a moving company that told you "sometime that morning."
We don't work that way. When you book with T&T, you get an arrival window, and our crews are built around hitting it.
If we're late, the discount is automatic
Show up after the window we gave you and a discount comes off your final bill. You don't have to notice it, ask for it, or argue about it — the crew lead notes the arrival time, and it's applied to your invoice before you ever see it.
No exceptions means no exceptions
This is the part most guarantees quietly walk back. Ours doesn't. There's no weather clause, no traffic clause, and no exception for the job before yours running long. If we're late to you, it counts — because whose fault it was is our problem to sort out, not yours to absorb.
Why we can promise it
Because of how the day is built, not because of luck. We don't stack jobs so tightly that one slow staircase knocks over the rest of the schedule, our crews start early enough to absorb the ordinary surprises, and the crew lead calls you when the truck is on the way — so on the rare day something does go sideways, you hear it from us first, with a real update instead of silence.
That's also why our quotes include time to do the job properly. A schedule with no slack in it is how movers end up rushing, and we'd rather plan the day honestly than apologize for it later.
